We started our Sanibel home search in September 2019 after we had been referred to Becky. I’m so glad I asked for recommendations for a realtor! Becky listened to our needs and wants. I remember within the first two homes we looked at, she had pretty much figured us out! We were both impressed with how professional she was and the information that she provided to us about each home. Fast forward to November, we listed our Georgia home and put in an offer on our now Sanibel home. Becky was great with negotiations and very punctual with updates along the way. It did take some time to sell our Georgia home and Becky was on the sidelines cheering every time we had a showing or something positive happened. Finally, it happened and with keeping in touch with the Sanibel sellers, Becky assisted us with everything from referring us to our amazing mortgage person to her attending our inspection of the home for us. Always, she was there with great communication. We have been so blessed to have had an amazing realtor who has turned into a friend!
